Ben Buxton – Director

The original founder of Melbourne based brand and marketing icon – Grenade, Ben has been pivotal to the successful sale and delivery of over 4000 apartments to the Australian property market throughout the previous 15 years. Jack Fuller – Development Manager

Jack Fuller is B&B Property Group’s Development Manager. Jack has over five years of industry experience, previously employed as a Certified Practising Valuer specialising in high value residence and project valuations predominantly within the municipalities of Bayside and Boroondara. Jack holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuation) awarded with first class honours at RMIT.

Steve Buxton – Senior Advisor

As a developer, Steve has overseen over $1.5 billion directly in his own and/or in joint venture with others through the following development entities: Red.C Pty Ltd (2000), Buxton Development Projects Pty Ltd (2004) and Hamton Pty Ltd. (2006)

A significant number of projects Steve has overseen have been positively appraised by industry peers (including receipt of industry based awards) and have resulted in widespread industry duplication particularly in relation to product design, marketing and sales techniques.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Post Graduate in Property. He has guest lectured at both RMIT and Melbourne University’s Property courses.

James Copes – Chief Financial Officer

James is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Services. James is responsible for B&B’s finance and operational functions.

James previously held the role of CFO at Hamton Property Group for 6 years overseeing the finance and operational functions of a business that developed property in excess of $1bn. He also led the finance and operational functions of associated businesses including but not limited to property management, sales, owners corporation management and launderette. Prior to joining the Property Industry, James had 10 years experience in the accounting profession.

Brad Yudelman – Project Manager

Brad presents an extremely hands on approach to project construction and delivery. With over a decade of industry experience, Brad has delivered some of the Melbourne’s most iconic projects, examples of which include: 74 Eastern Road South Melbourne, 107 Cambridge Street Collingwood and 505 St Kilda Road, Melbourne.

Aleece Siliga – Accounts

Aleece has over 12 years experience in accounts and administration providing timely and accurate project reporting. Aleece presents a level of meticulous detail that ensures all project accounting runs effortlessly from inception to completion.
